Karen Waeiss is a seasoned and driven accounting professional with 25+ years of experience. Her eight years as business manager for Orlando Weekly helped her develop a keen understanding of the fast-paced, multifaceted agency environment she’s now mastered. Having spent over 10 years at our agency, she has become a true Findsome & Winmore fixture.
Karen is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and the Downtown Orlando Partnership. She is also an active member of both the 4A’s Southern Region Finance Committee and HR Committee, where she offers valuable professional insights while leveraging insights from other agency leaders to improve our operations. After hours, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, binge watching TV shows and spoiling her beloved pets.
